Registration desk
Collect your identity card and room allocation here. Rooms are assigned to participants at the desk.
Building B
Fooding and refreshment
The cafeteria. Every meal, snack and refreshment slot on the timeline happens here, across all three days.
Building C
Main hall and coding rooms
Opening ceremony, orientation, presentations and the closing ceremony take place in the Main Hall. Judges are seated at the reserved table at the front of the hall.
On The Day

Connect to CodeFest2026. The password is handed out at the Registration Desk in Building A — it is not published here.
Judges’ Seating
Reserved table at the front of the Main Hall, Building C, with signage in place. Judges are asked to arrive by 9:00 AM on Sunday for the briefing.

Get off at Kshetrapur Chowk or Narayangarh Bus Park. Forbes College is a 3-minute auto ride.

Parking is available inside the campus grounds for participant vehicles.
